VISA agent service charges.

Hi friends,
I got admission at University of Windsor for Jan 2016 intake. My VISA consultant is asking 25k (~450 USD) for filing VISA. Is this amount okay or high ?
Do I need to consider other consultants or apply myself. I'm from India.

From which agent u applying?
It's generally 10k and some may do it for free because they get commission

Will it be a problem if I mention agent's name publicly.
Actually, first I agree them to pay the amount. But after reading more about VISA processing online, I feel like they are cheating me. I think I better inquire other agencies.

Thats is too much usually for visa they will charge only 5-8k. Thats it
