visa after two refusals

I want to apply third time , refused two times for jan intake applied for pg certificate ISM information security management in fanshawe college after bca computer application of three year , any suggestions and help to make case stronger , is there any chance of getting visa?

I have similar experience. Preparing for 3rd attempt. Meanwhile, I will advise that u order for caip note to know the exact reasons for your refusal. I did same and discovered that the summary of my 2 refusals is not as detailed as that of one stated in the caips notes. The caips note enable me to cause substantial changes to my situation now that is giving me encouragement to apply. I was refused for fall 2014 and since then I have made Germany trip, UK trip and now 2 years IK visa on passport to correct travel history. I think u too can do that to stand better chances.

1. That only works if you are in Canada or authorize someone in Canada to access your GCMS notes under Access.
