Visa after Receiving a Work Permit (inside Canada)

Hi,
I received my work permit approval in September and applied for a visa afterward to be able to travel outside of Canada. It’s been 33 days since I applied, but the current processing time listed on the IRCC website is 25 days. Has anyone who received a visa in October shared their timeline? What has your experience been with processing times?

25 days seems very quick and posted processing times are estimated averages. Seen it take multiple months.
