You can extend your WP without an LMIA if your job is LMIA-exempt or if you fall under a special category, such as CUAET. However, In most cases, your employer needs a LMIA.

Yes, you're right. The Health Authority Stream is a separate stream, and I haven't included it in my calculations. I couldn't find the number of ITAs issued for the Health Authority Stream in 2024, but I saw that they nominated 473 + 246 people in 2023. If we add 500 (though I think it's less)...
