Visa accepted for january 2018 intake

hi guys
i have applied my visa 2nd time because first time they have refused my application for reason: the proposed course was lower than your previous studies but so many of my friends got the visa for the same course and
i have applied my visa again online for the same course and changed SOPon 4th of october and medicals got passed on 14th oct,is there any chances that my visa will be approved ??

Have you received any updates from CIC.. i applied on 16th, but no reply from cic yet
selected course = ELECTROMECHANICAL ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN centennial college
10th, 9.4 CGPA
12th, 70% ( maths=57 , chemistry=62, physics= 74 english=68) Theory chemistry = 34 but total 64 with practical
IELTS = 6.5 (s=5.5 ,, w=6.0 ,, L=7.5 ..R=6.5)
Is it Enough for getting Visa in Spp?
NO. I applied under spp offline on 23rd november . No updates yet. what about you?
I saw most of them got their visas who applied on the same day and even in Nov
