When did you apply for the visa and answer to your question is no because in some cases the immigration authorities may send back you to India and say come back at most 1 month prior to your studies so safeside will be no

I applied for visa on September 1,2017 and got the visa on September 8

If you arrive that early you will have to show that you can support yourself if necessary and explain why you wanted to arrive so early.

It is dependent on the CBSA officer. Others ave been sent home. You are arriving 2.5 months early which is very unusual.
