Hi I have 55 percentage in my bachelor of business administration and have overall band score of 7.
I even got an offer letter from a college in Canada
Leadership in global business management ,which is a post graduate certificate course
Is there any problem getting visa,

Visas are never guaranteed. Also not only based on your marks. Your low marks will cause some concerns though.

it depends on the officer sometimes people do get their visas accepted with very low grades. it isnt necessary. IELTS do matter and iof you are going for diploma for undergraduates. they are more than sufficients. dont worry you would get your visa soon. best of luck

Sufficient funds, convincing reasons that you will return to your home country, etc. Would suggest you spend some time reading the student section of the forum and google.
