If you both applied together, then yes, you should use one device for both of you,
if you both applied separately, then I think no, each one of you should have different device because each one will have a separate invitation link

Which zoom app do I need?
Does it disconnect after 40 minutes? When I was trying to find zoom app it showed that it cuts off after 40 minutes.

Do you have to download the app, or it opens in the browser? And are they still using zoom? I thought they switched to MS Teams? or that just for the interviews?

It opens in the browser no need to download. For the ceremony they use zoom.

I downloaded zoom just to be in the safe side
I used the downloaded app and the meeting id and the password given to me in the invitation e mail.
