Hello,

This thread is for the people who have received virtual oath invites.... Please update here.

I have one scheduled for this afternoon. Originally my oath was supposed to take place on March 17th but the ceremonies were delayed a couple days before that so I'm glad I can finally be done with the whole process.

Congratulations
Can you tell us what are the steps and how did it go? Any documents needed and how do they validate?

I am just amazed to learn that no one in this forum has received an invitation for today's virtual ceremony.

19 people are getting citizenship in today's virtual oath ceremony.

Good morning all,

Just got my virtual Oath Ceremony for Wed 09 Sep, but I have received it from a single person name, xyz@cic.gc.ca not from there automated long email address, also my status is not updated on ECAS that I have been invited for the Virtual oath, is it normal?

Thanks

Nothing to worry. It is normal.
At last the wait is coming to an end. Enjoy the ceremony and all the best!

I just finished my oath. It was held by Scarborough office. 29 people in total. Took 45 mins.
they make you write your full name and sign it. That’s all.

Hello, my virtual Oath Ceremony is at the end of this month. Is there a way for family/friends to watch the ceremony? Thanks.
