Yeah I sent email today morning to the first portal mail ..I changed the subject to ECOPR Reminder -- Application Number

I told them my provincial health insurance and work permit is expiring and attached my health insurance card too.. May be that would have helped

I ended up getting someone to help me through the IRCC's prairies email.
