Email from Virtual Landing Unit: June 5
Credentials: June 9, Submitted photo & address within minutes
eCOPR: June 15
Address and Photo Accepted by IRCC: June 30
Note: I uploaded the picture which was older than 6 months(almost 8 months old, I used the same for the PR Application) still accepted.

Link you PR CARD with CIC account, and application status it will say expiry date of pr card and dispatch.

Yes, I called them. They put a note in my TRV application. After that I received my application fee in three weeks. I didn't withdraw my application. Although I got my money back, my TRV application still showing submitted. But that doesn't matter for me now.

Looking at their records of processing applications, I am happy that they did it in three weeks. My TRV application was in process from January 3rd.
