Hi folks,
I received news about postponing my hearing just before 4 hours, mentioned administrative reason. Anyone can tell me what does this administrative reason means? Is it a bad sign? Like they find some mistakes or create confusion that’s why they need some time? I am frustrated. can anyone help me with information?

Hearing postponement is nothing to worry about as far as I know.. was it the first date which got postponed?.. Administrative reasons could be Judge not available..was it today?

Administrative reasons can be member is not available that day, or technical issues with connectivity. I dont think its a bad sign and there was someone whose hearing was cancelled 2hrs before, and got another hearing

I also got my virtual hearing cancelled on the day of hearing for administrative reason but got new hearing date after a week for April and I got accepted so don’t worry its normal.

I also got my virtual hearing cancelled on the day of hearing for administrative reason but got new hearing date after a week for April and I got accepted so don’t worry its normal.

THINK POSITIVE if you have a genuine case.

incase of Negative decision in most cases there is right of Appeal. So No deportation.

if Negative appeal “Judicial Review”

H&C if you have kids under 18.

PRRA if officer allow you.

Seniors may correct me if there is something wrong.

Don't stress yourself, think positive, you should ask such questions after hearing, wait and see how it goes

Commissioner was only interested in credibility
Break for an hour. Positive decision on table.
