its been 1 year since my claim but no news of hearing. how Long after claim u guys got hearing date?

I have received a date for the hearing after almost 5 months in Canada. I came last year in August 21, 2022. I have received a hearing date for April . The IRB office with whom I will have hearing is in Vancouver and I am in Edmonton. It will be virtually. Can you tell me in which city are you in? Because in some very overcrowded cities it takes too long like in Montreal and sometimes in Toronto.
