VIP: TRV extension for an international student

Hi guys, I have extended my TRV last month and it was only extended for 6 months while my study permit got extended till 2020.

I have travel plans in June, and my TRV expires in May 30, 2019. When can I start applying to extend my TRV? Can I do it now or I have to wait like 1 month before it expires?

You can extend it now, you dont need to wait for one month before it expires if you have plans of travelling soon.

The thing is that I extended it last month after extending my study permit. If I applied for another extension soon, can they reject it because I'm applying to early? Is there any rule that forbids me from applying to extend my TRV too early? Thanks in advance.
