as per my experience , they take only refusal cases and charge more , if u have strong profile they will advice you to go with some other agent

All consultancies are doing business! They’ll only lodge ur file in institutions from where they recieve hefty commissions , thus they limit all profiles to Few range of colleges .

I recommend not to use their services. It's just team of crooks. They would lure people with their skills nd once your passport is their hand they would back step on their words. Nd yes their applications get approved but its not like they do something special in you applications. it's not worth of money people pay. Nd what ever these guys are doing is just against rules set up by immigration department of Canada.

You should contact an immigration lawyer approved by ircc. Share the reason for the ban and other details.

No - there's no stamp on your passport. The ban is attached to you / your profile in Canada's immigration systems.

It's up to you.

You can certainly sue the consultant however this won't remove the ban.

If you want to try to remove the ban, then you need to hire an immigration lawyer in Canada to help you.
