What is in the folder ? well i have just received the call from Vimal stating that he got the big envelop with a thik paper in it. he has not opened the envelop as he is having a wish to get it opened by his mother. So any body here know what does it means ?

duration 3 years. he gave me an extra year for not sure what reason.
it doesent matter though since quebec has direct PR after graduation without pgwp.

Actually, I asked because i also got 4 years and 3 months Visa for my 1 year PG certificate course...
so was wondering, if it can help in anyway
