"Visa office requested for the process of your application"

My wife is in Vietnam. However, is the correct answer to this question Singapore?

Also, regarding writing my wife's given name on the application, would I write Ngoc Lien Thi or would I write Thi Ngoc Lien as it is written on her medical form?

In Canada I would write Ngoc Lien Thi but she is telling me that in Vietnam it's written Thi Ngoc Lien...

Hi Murrayw,
That's correct. The processing office for immigration applications responsible for Vietnam is Singapore. As or your wife's given name, you have to match her med form and passport. I believe it should be in this order: Thi Ngoc Lien. The word "Thi" is a common middle name for most of Vietnamese women but unfortunately it has to be written as first name in that order.
