I wish that vienna start working,i am feeling so weak in front of them.I dont know what to think ,what to do,how to unstuck my life because of them?
I am frustrated,I dont see end in the tunnel.
I dont know how u all others standing this?????

Thanks guys , it is a huge releif that's for sure. I told my husband to go in peson to the CVAC and ask again, as the website states they provide the passport service, but he was told again it's only for temprary visas. Anyway, the only other options were: registered mail, DHL or in person. He used the Terra travel shuttle service (suggested by Toronto ASAP) to go to Vienna, the cost was 70 eu. And to add, this is a door to door service, so you are picked up and dropped off where ever you want in Belgrade/Vienna.

I am so happy for you! Will he be landing soon? Finally you can make plans and decide about your own life and not some officer who knows where Glad I could help with the shuttle service, I guess it's the safest option. Since I'll probably do the same I was wondering how long he waited to get the passport back in Vienna? I suppose he arrived in the morning?

He didn't purchase a ticket yet but I think he will be arriving in 3 or 4 weeks tops.
The shuttle service was a very good idea and thank you for that; however it was a very long trip. They leave around 11 PM and arrive nex day 7 AM. The embassy opens at 8:30 -10:30 and the passports are ready for pick at 3 PM. Now for going back, he had to wait till 9 PM and arrived back to BG at 5 AM next morning.This agency also offers a passport drop off and pick up, not sure what the cost is, but I think that would be a good option too.
