10 MONTHS AND 20 DAYS

In the final request letter, it states to inform IRCC Vienna if your address has changed before continuing with sending the passports. Did your addresses also change after your initial application and did you first inform them of the change before submitting via courier to VFS Vienna?

I got my request letter, and unsure if to follow your steps or to wait and see if they reply to a message informing them. I did update my address a while back via webform but clearly, nobody looked at that and it still shows my old address in Germany.

I had the same address since I started the application.
I received the PPR from Vienna, so I sent it to Vfs Vienna and then send them an email informing them about the passport being sent via DHL.
Later my wife went and collected the passport on my behalf.

Hey guys, been a long time since I cruised around here, even forgot my old password . Anyway, I was wondering what is processing time now for Vienna office for family sponsorship?

I got PPR this afternoon and submitted my passport today at VFS before closing.

I reside in Abu Dhabi, UAE and my app was processed in Vienna VO.

In the letter it mentions that passport, 2 photos and PPR letter to be submitted to VFS in UAE or send it by courier to Canadian embassy in Abu Dhabi.

I submitted it through VFS in Abu Dhabi and there were no charges since I want to pick up passport by myself from VFS.

It was simple and quick.

Hey Everyone!

Just thought I would post a little update as my husband's application comes close to being completed. My timeline is below, I've updated it.

My husband went to Vienna for his interview on Thursday, the following morning we received the pre-arrival email. In ECAS it shows decision made on both sides, when I login through cic it stills shows eligibility, background check and final decision in progress.

I wish you all luck and patience as each of your files get processed!

We did have medical, everything is finished, now waiting for their background check. According to some previous posts I estimated that we may have some reply in about 4-6 weeks

don’t be pessimistic , it will be ok. When everything passes, we will barely remember these times
