how do you guys know that case is less complex or complicated ?

I received a letter in which it was written.

1) was it mentioned in hearing invitation letter or separate letter?
2) that letter was received before hearing letter or after hearing letter?
3) that letter was received after submitting documents or before that ?

I filed a BOC and got a letter about a less complex case a couple of months later. Submit additional evidence. After 4 months, I received an invitation to a short hearing.

I was originally scheduled for 9 am, but the hearing was postponed. Now, if I'm not mistaken, it's 11 am. Does this say something?

no just want to know, it was my assumption that hearing in afternoon would always be short but I was wrong,

it is not true they always have a slot of 3 to 4 hours or more for each case.
