Unfortunately ppl in Vancouver are treated differently from ppl in Victoria. I noticed this from another forum where ppl share timelines with each other.

Few examples of timeline for ppl in Vancouver are listed as follows

Applied in 2012-12-13, exam in 2013-12-12, oath in 2014-03-08
Applied in 2013-02-03, exam in 2014-03-13, oath in 2014-05-01
Applied in 2013-02-04, exam in 2014-03-13, oath in 2014-05-01

My understanding is both Victoria and Vancouver share the same visa office in Vancouver, and the applicants are given the option to choose where they want to take the oath (Vancouver or Victoria). That being said, if one applies from Victoria and decides to attend the ceremony in Vancouver, then he/she is no different to a Vancouver applicant in terms of average processing time.

I also took test around Canada Day in Victoria. I haven't received Oath letter so far, nor any e-status update for ceremony in Vancouver in August.

I don't mean to scare you, but maybe you could try to talk to them on the phone about your process. I just read news today and found that some people in Victoria got into unusual problems. I updated the ecas at least twice a day this week and finally got the final invitation for the oath in the last hour!!!
