I would call them as soon as I can so that they know that you have not received your invitation letter yet. In any event, I know of people that were instructed to go to the exam without a letter and just inform the staff that you were scheduled but did not receive your letter.

I am also a citizenship applicant from Victoria. My test date will be July 3rd. My e-status says they sent the confirmation letter to indicate the location of test on May 20. Unfortunately, I haven't received it so far. I am very worried, and CIC call centre is too busy to pick up my call.

Anyone from Victoria has the same situation ?

Try give them a call around 8:00 am.
I just received few days ago, so no worry I think it should arrive soon.

Mine was sent on May 16 and I did not get it either.
I will update you once I get the letter.

hey, just wondering if you could kindly share the information on the letter (not including the personal information of course)
I just want to know the place for the exam and what should I bring in case that I did not receive the letter.
