After reading maomao's post I went onto ECAS and there is a note on my file saying they sent a notice on December 27th to go and take my oath at a citizenship ceremony on January 30th at 2pm ;D Yay, finally!!!!

Maomao, you don't happen to own a store in James Bay do you??

I took my test on Jan 21, 2014. Waiting

There were 70 of us that took our oath in Victoria on Thursday, January 30th. CIC staff won't be back over to Victoria until July allegedly.

Its been 23 months that I received only booklet.

I called them last friday, and they told me I should received something before end of this month.

Hi, I just waiting my oath letter. Maybe there is test and oath at the end of April. So u can get a mail in two weeks. This is my guess. How about u think? Keep in touch.

maomao, I remembered someone saying CIC is coming to Victoria in April and probably canada day. So if you are waiting for oath, you might get a letter soon. I am hoping that I receive oath letter. So far, there is no update on cic website about the details. Vancouver is having 5 oath ceremony every week. Too bad they won't even do twice a month for victoria. I guess we live in a
not-so-citizenship-applicant-friendly city.

I am not so sure. But i remember someone said he attempted Oath January 2014 in Victoria, and he said cic is not going back until July.
