VFS website error during passport submission request

When i try to book appointment at VFS it says File Number is not Valid , What should i do , Can some one share any information ?

This happened to me because i did not select the correct category . from that drop down i think we need to select the first one ( In my case it was PGP Application ) It could be different in your case , i forget which one was that. I had similar issue but i am sure it is happening because you are not selection the correct category of visa application , Call VFS global
