Guys i submitted and paid fees for vfs webform and they sent the email which also says child reference number in its headline. Is that an error everyone getting.
I got the same thing. Payment is done through webform. It say child reference. This seems weird. What about payment link now? They are getting payment through link?
I paid when i submitted webform. Then i got awb number and sent passport yesterday. Dont know how long it will take now.
They didn't picked up so my wife went to their office and submitted there. Did you get your copr yet
No i didn't. Because the email says bluedart will pickup in 72 hours. So i waited for a day and the same evening dropped it at their office and they accepted it saying you can track it using the awb number. What is your visa office for copr
It says same for me but they have passport. When she gave passport the tracking was not showing anything. Now it says pickup registered.
I had put my first visa file in open work permit category which is still under process. However, after a while i have kept another file under permeant residents (PR) category and i have approved for my visa. now the issue is i have recieved BIL letter for open work permit and used same thing for PR application. so for passport submission i can still use same premium lounge even though visa category is different or i have to pay fees again?
We have received the Airway Bill number but Bluedart says they will pickup passports in 3 to 5 business days. Now my parents have to go out of town for a week. Can we submit the passport directly to Bluedart instead of waiting for the pickup.?

Applied for visitor visa for my parents in India. Got the original passport request today. However wanted to know what are the next steps for submitting the passports?
1) Can these be submitted in person at VFS?
2) Will i receive any email with the process because I havent

Check out whether the VFS office in your city is allowing you to submit the passports in person, or is still following the two-way courier process. In the case of the two-way courier, click here. I would encourage you to raise two separate webforms for your parents if you've applied for their visitor visas separately. You can do it one-after-the-other. Upload the passport submission letter they would've received in their gckey. The courier details and information will be sent via email 24 hours after you pay. They'll come to your residence in 3-5 days to pick it up. Follow the instructions given in the email.
