I got ppr request on August 3rd and submitted webform on the same day. It has been a week and payment link has not been received. I called and talked to customer service representative and they are asking to wait. Do I need to submit another webform? Is there anyone like me who is experiencing the same?
in which number did you contact them? I am not able to connect to the customer service representative at all.
 
Guys, how long does it take to get first email notification from VFS once the passport has been collected?
 
Pls how to know whether location is serviceable or not. Already filled the web form and I also received 3 auto email. Yesterday I submitted through email only, today I got to know I have to submit through webform.
