VFS GLOBAL PASSPORT SUBMISSION PAYMENT LINK

Yes, I did. I got the payment link on 6th March and AWB on 8th March after numerous emails, tweets and DMs on FB.
My Reference No. was in the 75*** series. I submitted the webform on 27th Feb before noon.
I got mail today from VFS global
Subject line- Requested additional details
Dear Applicant,
Tracking ID: 2021**************
The Canada Visa Application Center (CVAC) staff has the following observation about your application:
Remarks: PLEASE FIND TRACKING ID:2021********** AND AWB NO:3820****** FOR FURTHER TRACKING...
Kindly contact the CVAC for further clarifications.
But when I try tracking from above mentioned tracking ID it shows no records found.
Does anyone have any idea about this then please help.

What email you received that your passport is processing at ircc? Give us some detail
This is a standard template they follow, no need to get worried over it. I received the same mail and was unable to see any record based on the tracking number but it just got updated 5 minutes ago.
