Yep, I finally received my payment link after 8 days today, it came from passportsubmission@vfshelpline.com. Can someone tell me what all docs I need to keep at ready before I hand over the passport ? and how long will it take to get the AWB mail.

no idea about how long it wil take to get AWB no....i made the payment yesterday... still no AWB number
in their email they have asked to keep passport, ppr letter from ircc, consent form and sms & courier form as a package

I had the same concern/issue so i raised a mail stating i have done the payment part still havent received any AWB number kindly assist after few hrs i got mine

note- raise the mail from registered email with VFS

Don't worry, not everyone gets one. Just note the reference number. That's enough.

I just received the payment link on sms and paid 972 successfull and received email for the same....
what is next?

1. Passport Copy Front & back
2. VFS Courier Form
3. AWB NO.
4. Reference No.
5. Payment Link
6. Payment Confirmation
7. Payment Receipt
8. Passport Request Letter
9. Biometric Validity Letter
10. Consent Form Copy (2)
Also check the vfs site once to confirm the same in case if i skipped any

Valid Passport , Passport Request letter , VFS form & Courier form only right... I donno weather we need send all these documents as part of package..

I got mail today from VFS global
Subject line- Requested additional details
Dear Applicant,

Tracking ID: 2021**************

The Canada Visa Application Center (CVAC) staff has the following observation about your application:

Remarks: PLEASE FIND TRACKING ID:2021********** AND AWB NO:3820****** FOR FURTHER TRACKING...

Kindly contact the CVAC for further clarifications.

But when I try tracking from above mentioned tracking ID it shows no records found.
Does anyone have any idea about this then please help.

Hi Prashar, Even i have received two mails today.. One is requested additional details with Tracking Id & AWB number and other one is sent to IRCC for further processing... Getting confused what does it mean...Can any one provide details if they received same like me.
