The thing is I sent my screenshot on the mail that I received of payment link. Then later I received an actual invoice. So around 4,35 I sent another mail attaching the invoice on the same mail. And then in less than an hour I received an email containing AWB number.Ok i did around 11.30 but still waiting and pickup is tomorrow. Did you get reply of mail and tweet?
I think it doesn’t work like that anymore, I would suggest ask your agent to follow new guidelines Nd complete the web form ASAP.My agent did it without the webform
