Hi Everyone,
I have got admit for MS CS ottawa Fall 2014.
I will be filing my application at VFS Delhi on Wednesday..... Doc list i have is:

1)IMM1294- Filled, validated..taken print out and signed.
2)Family Info Form- Filled and printed out. then signed.
3)Study permit questionnaire- Print out and filled completely with pen.
4)VFS Consent Form.
5) GIC Confirmation- Print out and signed.
6) University fee receipt- Notarized.
7) 8 sem markseets and degree certificate- All notarized.
8) IELTS photocopy- Notarized.
9) Bank balance and FD letter- Notarized and bank verified as well.
10)Bank statement of father- Passbook photocopy SBI verified with bank stamp.
11) Property evaluation- Original
12) ITR of father- last 3 years.
13) CA Certificate- Original
14)PPF account balance of father- On bank letterhead and stamped.


For people who have already applied or got their VISA, please comment if i am missing something{ except photographs }

Should i notarize GIC and bank statement as well?

Should i notarize GIC and bank statement as well?

Letter of acceptance and premedical if done.
GIC notarise is not required because notary is done by having a look on the original docs,it does not happen in India though.Gic that you got in email is sufficient.
Instead of passbook you should attatch the bank statements.

10 and 12 marksheets also and property valuation is not required.
Do not attach the docs which are not requored because it will increase the number of pages.

Hey everyone.. I am also going to apply within 1-2 days..i have also filled the application form and signed it on barcode page..
But my issue is about DLI number(designated learning institute)...should i also write this on my application with pen where my university name is placed.
They said this is imp. To write this.

hi all I am filing my application on next Monday in university category. In the application form it is asking for consultant agency name. My consultant is asking me pay 1st semester , but i like to pay after getting visa. I got unconditional offer letter from university. DO i need to mention the agent name or leave it blank. Please advice me
