1. We can leave "SO Done and DO Done" box of courier form empty right?

2. I am sending the following documents in the envelope: Passport, Consent Form, Courier Form, OPR. Do I need to send anything else?

3. Also, People have been talking about passport transmission letter. What is that?

In page 3 you can see they are asking if you are giving consent to anyone else for your application to vfs
In page 4 related to biometrics which we are not doing

So bro in the consent on page 2 it is written printed so do we have to fill everything and then print form and then sign it or we can fill directly by pen?

You can fill it with PEN
Name(printed) : here printed means the name that is printed on your passport

and tomorrow, when bluedart guy is gonna come, I'll let him know the AWB number and he'll probably give me the receipt.

So, I dropped off the package at local office but he didn't write anything on the envelope. He printed out the receipt and stapled it on the envelope and gave one copy to me. All details were fine on the receipt but the pickup date was 7th dec 2020; however, today is 8th dec 2020. I hope that's okay.
