Did anyone speak to an agent in VFS by calling Canada Visa Information Helpline on: 18002668858 or 022-67866002 ??

I always end up with an automated voice instruction when I connect 022-67866002 , what is the IVR option to speak to agent ?

And i cannot connect 18002668858 ..

its a weekend so customer care is not available....all we can do is write an email n hope fr the best...
 
I tweeted them twice. VFSGlobalCare. I got a generic response, but my payment link came 2 days later. I waited for 10 days before I tweeted. So perhaps calculate that before you contact them over Facebook or Twitter. I assume applicants are receiving the links in 10-12 business days (Approx 12-15 days)
 
I have been receiving series of email with payment links almost 100 till date and its still coming since yesterday. I paid on one link and waiting for the next step. Still haven't received the awb bill. Anyone else having same experience?

I got 3 links yesterday via sms they were all for 972rs, I paid, using the first link I got. Still haven't recieved AWB

On calling 022-67866002 dial 1.....8...biometric option we find representative to talk
 
i receivedd payment link today 1130pm.... did not opt for premium service... did not msg or email or tweet... received payment link in 5 day time(including saturday sunday)

Have you received the AWB number yet? I am still waiting for it.
 
After your biometrics from VFS, they will give you a receipt if you had opted for Premium Lounge, a long one. In that receipt you will find the first AWB number and tracking number too.
