VFS Center India not responding for Passport Submission 2-Way Courier Service

I have submitted webform on VFS global on 4th March. Do we also have to send email to them on passportsubmission@vfshelpline.com?
and When can I expect payment link?

I have submitted the passport webform on feb 27th but didn’t receive the payment link .. any idea when can I expect ?

I still did not get the payment link it’s been 12 days not sure whom to approach when I called the customercare they say they’ll send as soon as possible

I mailed them daily after 1 mar and my passport was picked on 5 mar, delivered on 6 mar and till now I haven’t got any updates regarding my passport
