VFS Center India not responding for Passport Submission 2-Way Courier Service

I think you should just say No if you haven't yet opted for the premium service; many people who submitted biometrics in march couldn't opt for premium service.

Also when did you first email VFS for passport submission? and what was your subject line& attachments?

I gave my biometrics on November 27th and opted for premium lounge service for which I paid INR 3050. They said they provide expedited services and 50% discount for 2-way courier service. However, I think that was a lie since I sent an email for passport submission 4 days ago and still haven't received any response.

Can you please tell me the first 3 digit of your ticket number? Mine is 106...

when you send you passport to VFS, they issue a visa for you, how long is that visa valid? is it a 6 month visa to enter canada or more, does anyone who has got his passport back know?

IRCC issue visa valid up to your medical expiry date. medical expired 1 year after medical passed date.

Can you tell me what kinda envelope you used to send your passport along with other documents? Does it have to be of certain size? or any envelope would work?

This is not A4 size. Go to any stationary store and ask for green A4 size envelope

I got the tracking number from VFS the same day, Blue dart dropped the envelope to VFS

Yes it is . Each visa category is different.

The Permanent Residence (PR) Visa issued to you is valid for the period of time till your fitness or medical certificate is valid, which you the applicant had submitted during the application process.

This period is usually one year from the date when the certificate was issued to you. Now, usually, you get the PR Visa approval, 2-3 months after getting and submitting your medical certificate(s) to the IRCC (Immigration Refugees and Citizenship Canada). So, you can deduct this period from the total validity of your Permanent Residence (PR) Visa.
