VFS Center India not responding for Passport Submission 2-Way Courier Service

I received passport requestfor my PR application along with my wife. We live in Kerala ,India.I booked 2way pickup through vfs and paid money. We received TWO separate AWB. My question is should I keep both the passports in a single package or I should pack it separately.please let me know.

I paid for courier service through upi but there has not been any email confirmation of payment received or even about awb number from vfs global side.
Money has been deducted from my account too.
What should i do?

Paid for 2way courier for passport pickup and got AWB. AWB not activated even after 2 days.

My parents submitted passports through blue dart. The documents have been delivered on 5 th dec. Have not received tracking ID from vfs. What is the usual time taken for vfs to generate tracking ID
