Did you send them just a screenshot of your payment or the receipt email too?
Yes you have to send the screenshot of your confirmation email that you get from vfs saying your order has been confirmed and it has an invoice of payment in that email ,you will get awb only after sending this.
When passport is at ircc then no one gets any updates. U will start getting updates once it's dispatched from ircc.
i did not get any confirmation email from vfs after the payment.
i had taken a screenshot of the page after completing the payment....... where it says the payment was successful for my invoice number.
i sent that as a confirmation for my payment.
i don't have it....i did not receive it....did not receive any email after the payment was completed.
i only have a screenshot of the page where it says payent for my invoice number is successful
Check your spam folder an email from orders@ccavenue.com must have come if your payment was successful otherwise inform them that you haven’t got it.
Just got an email and sms that my passport is dispatched from IRCC to VAC New Delhi.
wow.....Found it in my Spam folder.
emailed them again with a screenshot of that.
hope this works....if not the last 5 emails.
Mine reached ircc office on the 14th early morning. Just now received a message that the decision envelope has been dispatched from the ircc office
