hello i have applied on feb 4 2015 but until now there is no response what about you when did you apply

I applied for student permit at Bangalore VFS on 5th February.. No updates yet. Only showing "being processed"

I have a friend who applied in Chandigarh VFS on 12th Feb. His passport dispatched on 19th Feb itself. Visa also approved
