VFS Bangalore processing times for super visa

Hello,

My parents applied for super visa - paper application on the 12th March 2016 and there has been no update since then.
The processing time during that time was around 17 days and now its around 13 days.
I am quite tensed as there is no update apart from the application status as "Its being processed at Bangalore VFS".
Anyone who has applied at Bangalore VFS around the same time waiting for any updates ?

Now a days TRV are delaying due to overload. Visa application can be processed anywhere due to Global case management system. However you can apply for File notes (GCMS Notes) to know more about visa file status at www.gcmnotes.ca

My parents finally gt their medical request on the 18th April and completed their tests on the 23rd april.
Its May now and still no news, Is the Blore really taking time for processing or id it just my parents application?
