Veryyyyy Urgent!!! needed Help. Applying for Study permit.

Hello Guys, Hope you all doing well.

I have got admission from Conestoga college, 2 years duration course.
I'm planning to apply for my study permit in Sep 2014. I have got almost all my documents ready. Just have some doubts regarding :

1-Bank statement ==> (will it be ok to show around 70k ?!)

2-Ties to my country ==> (I have been studying in India last 5 years, I have visited my country 3 times during those 5 years. All my family members are living in my country (IRAN). Now the question is that how should I show the ties to my country to insure the Canadian embassy that I'll leave Canada after my legal stay !?) :'( :'(

3-tuition fee ==> (In the admission letter I got it has been mentioned that, I can pay the tuition fee semester vise. So If I pay the first semester tuition fee which is around 7000$ and also show a receipt of my payment for housing around 8000$. will it be ok !? canadian embassy wont have any problem with paying the tuition fee semester vise !?)

4- Since I have to apply for my study permit from Turkey. Which one will be more convenient paper base submission or online submission !?

1. $70K is good amount of money...
2. Family ties in the home country are good and you leaving india after studies is a good sign that you will leave Canada at the end of your study...
(do mention this on your SOP that you like your country and your future education is to secure a good employment/ entrepreneurship in your home country)
3. No problem with that you are following things mentioned on your offer letter housing is a good benefit..
4. Online applications are slightly faster than paper application everywhere...

In SPP, i do not think u need to show bank statements. GIC will sufice along with ITR, FORM 16. But if withot GIC, under general category. U need to show funds mainted in ur acount for last 1 yr. Sum>=$10000

If u r only son of ur parents. Any property ur parents start is a great + point.

i can not comment about that. but in india, paper based are getting processed faster i guess

i can not comment about that. but in india, paper based are getting processed faster i guess

@Lucifer... SPP is only for India and China... Turkey has only paper based applications...

@lucifer_2510 , bro i can't apply under ssp. as Starsup mentioned this option is valid only for china and Indian nationals. By the way when are you gonna apply for the visa ?!
