you are lucky that you got your visa being a pre Feb 2008 applicant but I guess 3-4 of this thread namely
powpow, onestar, sukhinder
guys, order CAIPS and check if you had passed the selection criteria or not.
if you had then you are safe from the decision by CIC of returning the applications.
