HI FRIENDS,

I SENT MY PASSPORTS AND RPR FEE TO ND OFFICE ON 21ST APRIL....BUT IN THE PACKET I FORGOT TO SEND THE RECIPT OF THE MEDICALS WHICH I HAD DONE ON 10TH APRIL....SHOULD I SEND IT NOW AGAIN THROUGH A COURIER OR A SPEED POST ???...OR IS IT NOT NECESSARY...I HAVE ALSO RECIEVED MY RECIPT REGARDING THE ENCASHMENT OF RPR FEE....PLEASE DO REPLY...ITS URGENT....PLEASE GIVE SOME REPLY SENIORS...

It is not important or required to send the medical receipt. Its just an extra document. Do not panic as it is all fine.

See I will be very factual here, Getting RPRF receipt or draft encashed means nothing positive. CHC wants money and they earn interest over money. Now once you sent the documents, they put them in a que and then the completeness of documents is checked. Online status is not true always as it is done after they have initiated a process. Once documents checking date comes, they check the documents for eligibility and then other factors subject to verification and once eligible they online status changes to In Process...usually till the time they hold the medicals request to PA. Once background checks are completed (usually) then they send medicals request to the applicant. Now I have also seen a case where medicals were sent and the PA's work place received a verification call after that ...so I will call that a lapse in the system and it is all depending upon the visa officer.

I would suggest you wait for some time and if every paper you sent was as per the CHC FSW (category applied) requirement then you need not worry.

I have sent my PP along with medical and RPRF on 20th April. No change in status for me either.....But looking at the usual response time of CIC, it takes 30-40 days to get your PP back. The process explained above will give you a good idea....I have learnt that being patient for getting response from CIC is the key. If you have sent all the stuff correctly then you should be ready to buy some sweets and celebrate with you friends....
