very urgent-PMM and other senior members please please help

I got my visa in NOV 2010 and was supposed to join humber for Jan 2011 session but due to some crisis backhome i did not n got my fee refunded.I was suffering from tuberculosis in the past and therefore my passport got a stamp by canadian embassy saying medically prescreened till may18 2011 that means if i cross this date then i hav to reappply for visa which is otherwise valid till nov 2012. Now things are fine but humber is saying that i can only apply for sept intake which is still fine
Problem is- many consultants are telling me that if i travel on this visa for the sept 2011 intake and try to reach canada before 18th may 2011 95% chances are there that they would not allow me to enter canada and deport me as i got my visa on the basis of jan 2011 session.Others are telling me that enetering canada before 18th may 2011 for sept 2011 is too early and they might deport me.Now i dont want to go thru the medical tests and all formalities again and really want to study in canada.

NOTE- I ALREADY HAVE WRITTEN CHC TWICE ABOUT MY CASE AND CALLED THEM TWICE BUT DID NOT GET ANY RESPONSE. NOW I AM PLANNING TO TAKE THE RISK AND FLY ON MY OLD VISA BY 15TH OR 16TH OF MAY FOR A SEPTEMBER SESSION.PLEASE TELL ME IS IT WISE , IF NOT THAN WHAT DO I DO.

Well my session starts frm may 5 but i havent got visa as yet but inshallah em hopeful to get in like ten days so jux for know how i asked some guys about it that if i travel to canada in the 3rd week of may bcoz my orientation was on 5th may but my classes are in september so everybody told me to consult ur dept and make everything clear to them and ask them for a letter or something.. so i would also suggest u to contact ur dept and tell them the whole story bcoz u dont have time man.. jux ask them for a letter and also tell them tht getting visa is very difficult over here in pakistan bcoz u might get more late.. so take ur chance man..inshallah everything will be alright and if u took the decision of goin before 18may let me know wt ever happens there at the port of entry... good luck champ.. i can feel ur Tension...

thanks a ton Obeid- i wud call them first thing tomorrow morning their time and I hope CBSA solves my puzzle. Your reply was really encoraging and i feel i can see at the light at the end of the tunnel.
