I applied as FSW in May 2008 with simplified application form.

No document request.

We received your application for permanent residence on May 2008.
We started processing your application on June 2008.
We transferred your application to the London England office on March 2009. The London England office may contact you.
We transferred your application to the London England office on February 2010. The London England office may contact you.
We transferred your application to the London England office on April 2011. The London England office may contact you.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

To my surprise I got decision made status today, while I was waiting for document request.

Dear a lot of people on this forum are getting this message on their e-case. Sometimes it is an error and sometimes it is not an error. So keep praying till you receive something official from VO.
