Thanks king of questions, One last question..

The email says" Complete the mailing label on one envelope showing your mailing address in the “Deliver To” field." I believe this needs to be written on the return envelope. Can I write the " From address" on the return envelope as the below?:

CPP – Ottawa
365 Laurier Avenue West
Ottawa ON K1A 1L1

No need to put "From Address"... CIC pastes their address when they return passports on the return envelope...that's what they did in my case.

From Canadapost website:

When to use Regional vs. National envelopes within Canada

All of our prepaid envelopes for use within Canada come in Regional or National formats:

Regional – Choose this format if you are mailing your envelope within one region.
Example: Vancouver to Winnipeg (Western region)

National – Choose this format if you are mailing your envelope from one region to another region.
Example: Vancouver to Charlottetown (Western region to Atlantic region)

Hope this helps.

Hi Yahoo7,

Yes Regional one is ok if you are within Ontario.

I will be glad to help you...

Thanks niceguy, so I will use a priority regional to send the passports and then a national xpress post to retun the passports...sounds good?
