VERY URGENT: Please Advice**Additional Medical Test Results not submitted by DMP

Hello,
I got medical furtherance for my spouse on 22nd FEB, 2012 and my DMP recommender to consult Pulmonary Specialist, we Consulted Pulmonary Specialist and submitted reports and letter to DMP on 13th APR, 2012. DMP replied back same day saying that he will be forwarding the results to Health Branch Ottawa. Yesterday I sent Status enquiry email to Seattle visa office and got below reply today.

“On 22-FEB-2012, our health department in Ottawa needs more information on your wife's medical tests. Please contact the doctor ASAP.”

I contacted DMP today and he told me that he forwarded everything to health department in Ottawa. I have requested him to send me tracking number.

I also got CAIPS notes and there is no update to the file after furtherance letter sent on 22-FEB-2012.

I have received the following email from the CHC after submission of the repeat medical tests ( medical furtherance ):My Medical was done on 24 APR2012 for my son.

(Consult chest specialist:Report must include history of TB treatment and drug schedule used
Hilar lymphadenopathy.)
lease noted:They have not asked for any tests.
he hasn't any TB history. But when I consult Chest specialist (according to specialist it could be a Inactive TB or it could be a be sercodisis) After CT scan he sent the reports to CHC that it is not infectious and non communicable disease. Sent the reports by him on 6JUNE 2012. But my Ecas is showing only (We started processing on your appl. Is.....Apr 12..). I am worried.On this stage my case could be rejected?I am MI3 applicant. Please reply .VO:ND

My case is similar to yours. My Ecase status still shows "We started processing on your appl. Is.....JAN 12.."

I submitted specialist report to DMP on APR 13th,2012. yesterday i got email from Seattle VO to contact DMP asap .

I am worried.. I have been trying to reach DMP for a confirmation and tracking id for the last couple of weeks without any success.

I am not sure If I need to contact Visa office again or send reports once again to health department in Ottawa.

Hi dear please relax as PPR would come soon. Since it's an inactive TB they will issue PR

thanks dear for your reply. after CT scan it is not confirmed that it is TB or secoidisis. Should i go for another tests prescribed by Dr. or should i wait for another communication by VO?

thanks for reply.I confirmed from dispatch department of DMP that they send my reports on 6th June. But they deny to giving any tracking no.Pray for your smooth processing.

Seniors Please Advice...

I received furtherance dated Feb 22nd, 2012 and if the requested information is not received in 120 days from the date of furtherance letter the Immigration medical file will be closed.

I am worried..

Still I am waiting for DMP to confirm that the results were sent out and Tracking number.

I am not sure If I should send the results to Seattle visa office or health department in Ottawa.

My DMP Just replied back...just received confirmation that Canada has received all the documents and your file is being processed.
