I'd been working on my job for almost 3 yrs.and I'm under on a working contract and the nominee program.I was verbally warned of my performance since I was working on a TEAM WORK I was wondering why "ME" got a warning which was happened a year ago. Recently the district manager came over and did the inspection and suddenly we got a 84.5 rating which the owner believe "unsatisfactory",the owner never give me a chance to explain what happened and actually they were two staff working,I and my co-worker.After it he instantly fired me without noticed. At this point my application for permanent residency is on the lsat process. My question is...Would he able to revoke my application of permanent residency with the help of the Dept. of Education?
