VERY URGENT: Affidavit Format for DoB certificate

my PNP non express entry application got returned due to no birth certificate, Can anyone help what documents to be attached with application instead of birth certificate?

No I have not, I have resubmitted the application with NABC (Non availability of Birth certificate) and affidavit from India & Canada, Hopefully they accept that.

not that difficult, it is easy to get NABC from metro and easy to get birth certificate from village, ofcourse some good source required like nigam parshad or panchayat secretary
