VERY UNUSUAL - UNBELIEVABE - NOC 4011 CHARGED TODAY - DD PAYMENT

Hi all,

I have applied on 15th Sep (NOC 4011). My CC was charged on 30th November. I received PER on 31st January.

But the story begins now. My application has been sent to Warsaw Visa office in Poland. While I have mentioned New Delhi in my application.

I don't know why it is been sent to warsaw. I have sent an email to warsaw office and asked them to take corrective measure if required.

Is there any one who has faced similar situation.

It is binding upon CIC to send your application to same visa office that you have mentioned. They can assign any visa officer as they wish as per the prevailing policies and workloads of various visa offices. Specially these days they are doing load-balancing of applications in various visa offices to speed up the process.

my noc 4011 - i sent the application from india on 18th December and my DD got charged on Friday - i came to know this via my bank today [ saturday in India ],
this is very unusual and i cant believe it myself.
Anyone please explain this, my application for NOC 4011 was received at CIC only on 24 th december, i sent it from india on 18th December and my DD got charged on Friday.
This is the communication that I received from my bank ICICI Bank through Royal Bank of Canada today,
This is unusual indeed, congrats... That's the news we hope to hear from our NOC 1123
