My parents got request to send passport to VFS global LA, however we want to know if we can get their VISA in one day (in person) as we have a cruise on May 18th so its very important/close to sail date and ready to take a chance /risk if that happens in one day if we go in person to VFS Global LA, pls let me know ASAP

Are you asking about a TRV / visitor visa?

Since you are newbie, you should know that this isn't the relevant section for asking TRV/visitor visa related info. About your question itself - I don't think you will get the help you need at VFS as they don't stamp visas. Call them visiting beforehand, or better call IRCC and see what's the best solution. I doubt your parents can make it to the cruise in time.
