i just want to introduce u to a case of one of my friend which was under FSW1,,,,,

but on Jan 19 he received his passport back saying that it is not in good condition( they said lamination is not good),,,nd told him to reissue the passport and send again,,,,while he was doing that,,,on 22 Feb he got a VERIFICATION CALL ,,,,,,,they called him and his employer at the same time,,,,3 or 4 mistakes were there..... :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o :o

yesterday he received a letter from CHC ND,,,stating that they think his experience is not authentic,,,,and there are DISCREPANCIES in the verification done by them and they have asked to clear his stand,,,

Yeah I have also seen couple of cases in last two months from CHC new delhi where interview was asked after medicals and PPR, and one of them have already resulted in denial

ranjhaaa & ankit,
Would you please elaborate what gone wrong with these verification cases. It could help all who are expecting such calls.

regards

In the case that I am refering to, a interview call was send after medicals and later the applicant was told during interview that VO was not satisfied with the Job responsibilities

seeking for a kind guidance.I have recieved my 2AOR on 4th MAr 2011 which was issued on 28-Feb-2011 On 08-Mar-2011 my estatus shows "In Processing" and inside prosessing detail is as under:

"We received your application for permanent residence on April 22, 2010. We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on July 19, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. We transferred your application to the London England office on July 28, 2010. The London England office may contact you" \

Does 2AOR means according to the documents me is qualified now authetication of the documents to be checked? waiting for your valuable comments. With regards

When did u see this status on E-cas. If it is a recent one then maybe u r lucky as Ecas is reflecting all wrong info due to GCMS data transfer.
If u had seen it last year then its rejection. :(

hi, i don't know which thread i read this from but someone else had the same situation just this march or late feb 2011... when he made an inquiry about his ECAS status, the VO responded that the london england office was transferring their files into a new system (i think this is the GCMS shibuya is referring to) therefore they had to close his file (hence the decision made on the application) before they can transfer it into the new system... best of luck to you!

shibuya, how are you so sure that if e-case changed to in-process last year, then its a rejection?
